1. Introduction & Acceptance

• You must register only one account per individual. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kb8 account credentials. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including using a strong unique password and never sharing your login details with any third party.

• Notify kb8 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your password has been compromised.
• kb8 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take adequate security precautions.
• You must not use any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage on the kb8 platform. Such activity constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• All transactions, wagers, and activities conducted through your kb8 account are your sole responsibility. You accept full liability for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

kb8 supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit channels currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits made from third-party sources may be voided, and any associated winnings may be forfeited pending investigation. kb8 processes deposits in real time wherever technically feasible; however, processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and the banking institution involved.

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits are subject to the selected payment method and your current account tier.
• Deposits made under a promotional offer are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to that promotion. Please consult the relevant bonus terms before depositing.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on kb8 are processed promptly, subject to standard verification checks. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. kb8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours; however, actual receipt times may depend on the payment provider and any applicable bank processing schedules.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, kb8 may request identity verification documents in line with our KYC obligations. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests suspended until the process is complete. Withdrawal amounts that include bonus funds are subject to applicable rollover conditions. Any attempt to circumvent withdrawal terms — including bonus abuse or chargeback requests — may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, kb8 may offer welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, or special event offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kb8 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account, in addition to any applicable legal action:

Prohibited activities include: colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; using software or hardware exploits to gain an unfair advantage; engaging in any form of money laundering or using kb8 for any fraudulent financial activity; creating accounts using false identities or stolen payment credentials; accessing the platform using a proxy, VPN, or similar anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions; engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward other users or kb8 staff; and attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the kb8 platform, its software, or any associated systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kb8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kb8 or its content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any kb8 content without prior written permission.
• The kb8 name, logo, and all associated trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of kb8. Unauthorised use of any kb8 trademark is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game content made available on the kb8 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is governed by their individual licensing agreements.
